According to figures released by the Department of Health, 18 WA food outlets were prosecuted for unhygienic practices last year - up from 13 outlets fined in 2007.

I know I've eaten at at least a few of those places... in fact I know quite a few on here have! What got me was the amount in my area, around Gosnells/Thornlie/Maddington/Canning Vale... that and am curious as to just what constitutes "adulterated food"... then again, maybe is better not to know!!!
