Ok, to clarrify from earlier... it was 105.4kg at the start... after week 2 it was 104.1kg
today, after 3 weeks, 103.9kg
Not a huge loss, but still a loss... and thats 1.5kg over 3 weeks, or half a kilo a week, so with a little effort if I can keep up something like that will get back down under 100 in a month or 2... probably the first goal to aim for, then see from there...
